1. What is the Flux Capacitor Solar Cell?
The Flux Capacitor Solar Cell, aka the FLuxCell is an exclusive solar technology that is designed to produce at least 8 times the amount of electricity as today’s solar cells. That’s 80% efficiency compared to the average 10% efficiency of current solar cells. It does this by dislodging at least 8 electrons instead of just 1 electron. More electrons equals more energy. In addition to this the FluxCell is calculated to produce up to 700 watts per square inch via several well researched atom and electron based phenomena. This means that instead of a house requiring an entire roof to be covered by solar panels only a few 6 x 6 inch FluxCell modules are needed. In order to power a standard house of 3000 watts only 84 watts per square inch is needed from a 36 square inch (6” x 6”) solar cell.
2. What rights does this retailer/marketer’s license give me and my company?
A retailer/marketer’s license gives you the right to market the FluxCell brand. You are free to choose your options such as physical retail stores (FluxStores), an internet store and a home based business. When the FluxCell is ready for market your rights of supplying end energy users with these solar modules will be automatically created. The FluxCell is a brand which will be supplied by your business under its brand such as John Doe Energy.
3. How will I generate my revenue?
There are several ways in which you can generate revenue. Starting now you can generate revenue from selling contract rate locks to residential end energy users and from referring other retailer/marketer licensees. In order to increase each licensee’s revenue and decrease the amount of time they have to spend on their energy business a simple 2 level referral system has been created.
Licensee Referrals
When you become a licensee you will be able to refer someone else who wishes to own an energy business and receive a marketing fee of $100 when they obtain a license and $50 for each person they directly refer. see compensation
End Energy User Contracts
When you become a licensee you will receive between $50 and $200 for each end energy user contract you lock in. You will also receive a marketing fee of between $25 and $100 for each end energy user contract obtained by a licensee you referred and between $12.50 and $50 for each end energy user contract from their licensee referral. see compensation
4. What type of revenue can I expect to generate?
It is the policy of Coalesce Point not to provide potential revenue figures for licensees. However you can easily calculate your potential income. There are 130 million single and multifamily housing units in the U.S.(source U.S. Census). There will be a maximum of 100,000 state licenses made available or 5,000 national licenses and combination thereof.

5. When will this revenue be generated?
The revenue that can be generated now will be from the contract rate locks to residential end energy users and from licensee referrals. Revenue that will be generated later when the solar modules are ready for market are the continuous per kilowatt rates from use of the modules, the profit from the sales markup of the modules and the securitization payments of the modules. Also each retailer/marketer license comes with an installation license so there is another way to generate income.
6. When will this product be ready for market and what are the selling points to end energy users?
As of February 2012 the the Flux Capacitor Solar Cell has officially moved from the research and design phase to the design development stage. From here it will move to the market ready module and testing phase and from here to production. It is projected that these modules will be ready for market by mid 2013. From now until the first product is released you will be able to promote the electricity discounts which end energy users can lock in. These discounts are reduced and or the discount contract price will increase as the modules near market readiness so the time for the end energy users to lock in the deepest discounts is now.
7. What about energy production at night?
There are three main solutions to electricity production when the sun goes down. Utility grid connection, batteries and hydrogen storage. Hydrogen storage represents the ideal solution because it can provide days and even weeks of electricity without sunlight thus being 100% independent. Hydrogen storage will also allow licensees to generate more income because electricity will not need to be purchased from a utility and thus a percentage of each kilowatt used from the storage will be paid to each linked licensee. This means that instead of getting paid for only 5.5 hours of electricity (U.S. sunlight average) you will get paid for 24 hours of electricity. In the end a home will be amply powered by pure sun and pure water with no pollution. Currently Coalesce Point has an electrolysis hydrogen fuel cell technology under development which will be combined with the FluxCell to achieve a 100% off the grid solution.
8. How will people pay for the solar energy modules?
These solar modules are not sold to end energy users but are licensed to them. Just like your current gas and electric providers own the meters. Under this model end energy users only pay a flat fee which varies according to the model, features and installation and only pay for the electricity used on a per kilowatt basis. This flat fee can be structured in a number of formats so that it is affordable for the bulk of houses. Although costs incorporating federal, state and city rebates are not used in projections because of the false market they create these incentives will initially provide either a boost in profits or homeowner assistance. It is expected that these rebates will not be around much longer because of the revenue consequences states in sight of a growing green energy market. The modules may be paid for through a back end securitization system in which a portion of the energy payments are used to service the interest.
9.Do I have to purchase anything, refer anyone or pay any additional or monthly fees?
NO! You are not required to purchase anything, refer anyone or pay any additional monthly or annual fees. Once you own the license it is permanent until you decide to sell it (you can sell the license after all licenses are sold). The only expense that we require you to have is an internet domain name and have at least one web page up and running. You register this on your own and under your own name. Domain names vary from $5 to $15 per year and comes with free email. You can also get a free single page site or a full site with advertising or more for as little as $6 per month. 10.Ownership?
This is not an affiliate, member or a consultant based business model. The business model is to allow you to own your own company under your own brand and market the FluxCell product brand. This is highly different than a typical affiliate model in which you market the company’s brand. In turn you are able to dictate the direction of your company at will and create your own marketing materials and choose your own marketing mediums. It even allows you to sell your company in the future whether you are still one person or many persons.
